Food is always good at Chick-fil-A but this location could use a refresher as to how you treat customers. This is based off of two trips to this location in LA. Each time, servers were not pleasant, I try to give the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to they're having a bad day, but both times? I do know that the service industry is tough at times. I've worked in it for many years. It just seemed like those working didn't care about how the level of customer service was. There was no you're welcome, my pleasure, nothing. It was as if I annoyed them. They also got my order wrong and forgot to place a sandwich and when I asked about it, then took everything back and went through it and then said here. It was unlike any experience I had at Chick-fil-A before. I will say the did push orders put quickly which was nice.

I have to say, I have eaten at a lot of locations but this one is probably one of my favorites. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is great. All though traffic can get bad and parking can be non existent. It is still worth it in my book. … More
