Chick-fil-A

My friend ordered some food. How hard is it to pick up the correct food boxes and hand them out. Even more of a disgrace was when my friend went to the front with the incorrect food and the staff just threw the wrong food in the trash. What a waste. We would have eaten it. Chick-fil-A is a waste of a company. They don't care about the environment and only care about money and greed. Won't be back.

I won’t go there again! Had an order for five of us and they didn’t put my dinner in the bag (I know, I should have made sure everything was in the bag). Very disappointed when I got home. I had things to do, so went back 2 hours later to see if I could get my salad. Instead of being apologetic, the manager scolded me for not calling first and not coming back immediately and said this was the last time. She was not nice at all, but ended up giving me the salad anyway. It was just a salad. I’m sure she was having a bad day, but she didn’t need to take it out on me. I own a service business and if any of my employees talked to a customer like that, they would be fired. Just saying.

The better of the fast food... they were nice and courteous. Not enjoying the price increases though. Wish the spicy chicken had a bit more of a kick but still decent quality!
