Walked in the store at 9:20pm checked the door and didn’t see anything that would make me think the dining room was closed I didn’t see anything. When I walked in some lady in a gray shirt rudely told me the dining room was closed like I should know better.(mainly the way she spoke) I then inquired as to how I was supposed to know the dining room was closed? She snapped back that it’s on the door. As I walked out I examined the door and saw no dining room timing on the doors. It sucks because this is the closest Chick Fil a to me. Needless to say, I left without ordering, hard to spend my money where I’m treated like that.
This is the only negative chick-fil-A review I have ever done and it is completely based on the drive thru set up. Two lanes reduce to one as it has to cross cars pulling away from the window. It is truly an unnecessary and dangerous joke based on greed. Accommodate what you can safely and let the other folks go elsewhere. This is the location down below northside-gwinnett hospital.
Worst Chick-fil-A ever! Ordered breakfast at 10 AM thru the app and arrived at the drive thru for pick up line by 10:15 but this Chikfila has the worst drive thru queue system that I didn’t get to the register till 10:31 and they said because it was pass the 10:30 breakfast time they couldn’t fulfill the order. It’s your lack of efficiency and slow service fault I was unable to receive my order. I was on time yet being punish for your inability to serve efficiently. Go to a different Chikfila
