The recent redesign of the drive thru is a short sighted, move. They went from having 2 functional drive thru lanes, to having one for normal customers (usually fully filled from window out to the parking lot) and one lane for mobile pre-arranged orders that no cars use. The service has slowed down drastically and this has strained the employees unfairly. They deserve better with the prior, more easier flowing set up before.

This is the thing it’s a good chick fil a but whoever thought it would be a good idea to put one infront of everybody house is tweaking. I am now forced to eat this chick fil a about 3-4 times a week because my family wants to go there because it’s “quick” and can’t seem to realize you can drive another 5 seconds to get any other food and I’m absolutely sick and disgusted at how much I have to eat this place and i now dislike chick fil a as a whole. Disgusting bland chicken sandwiches that are soggy and taste the same every time I don’t want to see another chicken sandwich for the rest of the year. I promise you I’m never going to chick fil a again. I literally rather not eat food at all. Deadass threw my dinner away tonight cause I can’t eat any more chicken sandwiches. Thanks Knollwood mall
