Food is good. But, why do the charge almost $3 more an entree when you order online and pick it up? Makes no sense. They have more time to prepare the food and people aren’t waiting in line. Do all locations charge more for online orders?
This was the worst Chinese food I ever had... it tasted like leftovers and have absolutely no flavor. The staff also seemed very disengaged and lacked sufficient customer service abilities. I'm never going back and I want a refund!
I seem to always walk out of this place with the bottom of my shoes extremely sticky! Yuck! Good thing it was raining, just jumped in a few puddles and then good to go! Leeann Chins is just not like it used to be! It's really too bad! :(
