This is the slowest location I’ve been to. I gave them 3 chances; each time we sat in the drive-thru line for 15-20 minutes. They need better management, probably learn something from other locations. This place is really diminishing the reputation of Chick-fil-A.
Received the wrong food. Had to sit and wait for a customer 2 cars ahead of me, for them to get their food. When they gave the car in front of me their order, and my order. I ordered a 12 piece grill nugget meal and received someone else's 8 piece. The regular nuggets were overcooked and cold. … More
Extremely kind staff and delicious, hot food! The only downfall is the parking lot. Due to the location, their busy hours can get pretty hectic! The lines are really long, and because it's location on the perimeter of a shopping strip, the traffic through the parking lot gets outrageous and it's nearly impossible to get out of. Other than that, I really enjoy this location and their smiling faces!
