How do you rate a fast food place... I used the drive through, one employee had to go to another because she didn't have cash. The line took a min and I got my food. Everything was as it should have been. For chicken being one of the lest expensive meats, this place definitely charges for it.

Nice staff and surprisingly nice guests! But I like my food FRESH! I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE WAITING TIME to get fresh food! They gave me my food entirely too fast and it was lukewarm BC it was food they already precooked! I was in the lobby with my child so again, I didn't mind waiting. We happened to be in the vicinity so I took us to dine there for the 1st time. My first visit to Chick-fil-A was downtown Chicago in 2019 when I was still carrying my son. My food was way fresher and staff was still just as nice! I really wouldn't give someone something that I would not eat myself, especially my son! I'm definitely not going to give him anything like that either! Kid-friendliness: My son was asleep in his stroller and I did not realize that after I had ordered our food to sit down to eat. But they had a very nice changing table that was safe in their bathroom so I could change my son's diaper. The bathroom was clean too!
