I feel bad that they're forced to say "my pleasure" whenever a person thanks them. Kudos though, because if I was in that position I would never say "my pleasure". Chick FIL a is always amazing, sometimes they forget to give me the dressing packets or straws but I love chikfila

Don't recommend ever doing walk-in here for service. Service was terrible. I was told that the walk through would be much faster than the drive-through. I walked in and ordered a Cobb salad and a 4 count strip meal . It took over 25 minutes to get this and they still got the order wrong. They didn't get anything right in the entire thing and had to remake it. I even asked to speak to a manager and it took him a while to understand what I was upset about. All they did was just give me a large fry and no real apologies which didn't even feel genuine of the Chickfila culture. I would never recommend anyone go to this Chick-fil-A location especially during rush hour. You're better off sticking to the drive-through at a different location. It's just a bunch of kids working here, talking and goofing around, and a manager who lets them run all over him. Completely incompetent.

We ordered 2 milkshakes. They made them, and then put them on a shelf, and didn't touch them until we asked. When we asked, the employee handed them to us without saying anything; not even 'my pleasure'. Vegetarian options: Salads! No veggie chicken, sorry. Kid-friendliness: Yep; they've got the play area, and it's clean! Parking: Could park very easy, it was during rush hour too.
