Chick-fil-A

Food was good and staff was very friendly, (They have only been open for one week and are still training.) The only drawback is the way the whole location is set up. There has got to be a better way to organize the drive thru lanes. Perhaps they could have one lane designated for taking orders and one for those who have ordered ahead? Staff are doing the best they can to direct customers, but don't expect to get your order very quickly, even if you did order in advance.

Ordered breakfast through the mobile app. Waited in the drive thru line over almost 45 minutes. I had to call inside and let them know I was in line waiting and had not reached an order taker to check in. Finally made it to the window to get my food and just as I suspected, it was cold and my biscuits were hard! I will never come back to this location even if it’s closer to my home. I’d rather drive 30 minutes and get expedited service with hot food!

Went in line and order a spicy chicken deluxe and a chicken wrap combo.. everything was good until I looked in the bag and it was everything but the spicy chicken sandwich. So I went back through and again they got it wrong and only gave me a regular chicken sandwich , wasn’t spicy and didn’t come in the box. Soooo yea get it together… shouldn’t have to pay again and you messed up but hey .. good food
