Chick-fil-A

Placed a mobile order for breakfast, arrived 2 mins after breakfast ended and was told the breakfast could not be sold and our order would be cancelled. We were in the mobile order line and was given the option to place a different order for something else online or get in the regular line. If anyone has been to the this location they know it’s ALWAYS really busy. We stayed in the mobile order line and ordered a child’s kids meal only. When we approached the pickup window, we were told our food was still being prepared. This is not the service I expect from Chic-Fil-A. Someone should reach out to the Chic-Fil-A on Capital Blvd in Raleigh and ask them how they always get service right.

5/20 the girl who took my order was my brothers ex girlfriend and because of that she treated me differently. i was with a friend coming at the end of my work shift to grab food and go back, friends order was taken first nicely and immediately given to her. when i ordered i asked for a large meal and was given a medium with barely any ice in the drink, waited a while and both my friend and i were a bit confused and another girl came out giving me the food and called my name even though it was never asked for? the fries were very over salted and the cookie was burnt. as a customer i shouldn't be treated differently because of a past relationship that i wasn't even a part of. normally have gotten good service but this was very disappointing. michelle/juno who took my order.

Love chick-fil-a but this drive thru situation sucks. It’s Literally one person working and a line around the corner. Need more people outside. Probably won’t come back to this location.
