Buffalo Wild Wings

Did door dash and the ticket on the bag was correct but the food inside was a completely different order. I ordered some wings, onion rings, and fries. What I got was a sandwich a different size and flavor of wings and some fries. Says it was checked by Dan but don’t think it was actually checked.

Order 60 wings and 2 orders of Nachos. As you can see the chips are burned hardly any toppings, soggy and under cooked. The wings barely had sauce. I reached out to the restaurant had me on hold for 20 mins only to tell me they are to busy. Unacceptable service.

Okay, I love BWW and I was not happy with my recent visit. I ordered lunch to-go and called in a 10pc boneless wing combo with fries and I added Mac n cheese and a side ceaser salad. First off, they don’t give you Togo silverware so that was inconvenient but not unforgivable. I immediately started eating my food once I got in my car and the Mac n cheese was cold. Not just kind of cold, like super cold, like it just got out the fridge or something. Wings and fries were alright, not amazing, but not bad, I’ve just had better experiences in the past.
