We ordered breakfast online at 10:02.. didn’t get there until 10:20, waited in line and didn’t get to the window until 10:34. They said “oh we’re out of breakfast…” and didn’t serve us. Had to dispute the transaction on my credit card to get a refund since we paid online. We have never had and problems until this, but honestly the girls at the window were extremely rude, and really turned us away from the fast food restaurant in the future.
Always love the chick. Wonderful waffle fries and tasty chicken sandwiches. The half lemonade, half sweet tea is refreshing and great tasting. UPDATE: this location is trash! I get better service at Walmart. Little young cute Hispanic male at the window was on his phone, wiping his nose with the back of his hand and not saying anything when he handed the food out of the window. No one corrected his behaviors. Slow, horrible service.
Laziest crew in Fort Worth, led by their manager Claudia, she is the one giving you the look like she couldn't care less if there's a brick in your bag rather than your food. Clearly doesn't want to be here anymore, corporate needs to completely retrain this store as well, customer service far below other stores. Orders wrong, high school doesn't care attitude from all the employees for the most part. It feels like being at a Jack in the Box rather than a Chick FIL A. At 1015 they refused to do fries for my 2 year old daughter. Every other location doesn't hesitate to do them any time of the morning, this location's employees would simply rather not do it and their manager Claudia is equally lazy and agrees with this clearly.
