Chick-fil-A

WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever been to!!!! They have terrible customer service. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A restaurant where they mess up your order and when you bring it their attention everyone at the front desk is so unprofessional, they were laughing, and joking around. FIRST off, let me just say I have never had Chick-fil-A to mess up my order. It was a very unfriendly environment.I know that Chick-fil-A holds their standards to a higher standard when it comes to service, but it seems like this location needs a new management.

We have heard so many things about Truett Cathy's Dwarf House Chick-fil-A that we had to see it for ourselves. As always, the service was incredible, but Charles made our sit down service a truly amazing experience. He is the model of what a great employee is and went above and beyond. He helped us with directions and even provided us with to-go cups without us even asking! 5 stars for CFA and 10 stars for Charles. ????

I thought it was going to be like all the other Chick-fil-A's. Extremely long line and a little wait. No. I ordered and pulled up. 2 minutes in, had my order ready and left and got to work before my scheduled time. Amazing!!!! Thank you all so much.
