I'm not sure where to begin. I've frequented this establishment a few times and never had any issues. Decided to take my kids out after the water park because they were hungry and said they pay their own tab. Got seated and an empty section. I thought cool. We'd get quick service. WRONG. We got the WORST SERVICE EVER. Our food came out in waves. There was no communication saying food will be out soon. His whistled when he dropped off plates and disappeared. Sweet tea was absolutely disgusting. Took 15 minutes for him to come back by so I could flag him down to swap out my drink. Never once was asked how the food was or if we needed anything else. When we were leaving another customer, who had been seated in our section, was complaining to management about not being brought out drinks after being seated for 30 minutes. And to make manners ABSOLUTELY WORST my server decided to TIP HIMSELF $29.46, which was more than the $24.15 meal that I ordered. I reached out to corporate, still waitin

Worst communication ever. The employees at this restaurant do not listen. I spent over thirty minutes on hold trying to cancel an order. I spoke to three different employees and one manager. None of them ever asked me what I needed to do. They just kept passing the phone around and talking over me. When I finally spoke to the manager she talked over me for about two minutes of our five minute conversation. Eventually, she conceded that they should have listened to me and my challenge could have been resolved sooner. She said they all assumed I wanted a refund. I never asked for a refund. I asked for my order to be cancelled. I said that when I called and was placed on hold for fifteen minutes. Communication is free and the employees at this restaurant need a course in effective communication. I'm available when you're ready, but I do charge a fee ????. Call me. ????
