i’m not sure who is training these employees at this location but it’s honestly so embarrassing how these kids don’t have any manners. i don’t hear the “my pleasure” i’m aware they are required to say, not even a hello how are you either. they look at me crazy whenever i ask for something and the last few times i’ve gone they’ll forget to give me my drink or put a specific sauce because they are too busy talking with each other. do better, any other cfa tops your services on many levels.

Didn’t honor the Hawks Game free sandwich with a ticket even though I had proof of tickets and was at the game. Overall customer service was amongst the worst of any chik fil a I have been to. Left this one and went to another which had the service you expect from this franchise.

These guys are awesome. We came in for lunch on 6/2, and decided to dine in. The staff was super friendly and when they gave us our little marker to put at the table, before we even made it to our seats they had our food ready! The food was great as always. Love the watermelon mint sunjoy. … More
