False advertising and pricing of their food, specifically the chicken bite box advertised for $3 in their menu but the cashier proceed to say it’s 3.99. Tried to overcharge me when buying several chicken bite box and when I tried to show what it showed in their menu, they brushed me off and doesn’t even bother trying to confirm it and just saying bye-bye. Shame it comes with a terrible customer service too, they don’t even care for the customer nor what they have to say relevant to their work or company.

I went to Checkers store #3223 5801 Buford Hwy NE Doraville,GA 30340 & I wanted to use my mobile phone to get the free sandwich with the purchase of a large beverage that on the receipt, it ask u to go online to guess obsessed.com & tell your experience at the restaurant you visited once you answers some questions than they well send u a code to your mobile phone when you go to your email account you well see the bar code that they scanned from your mobile phone, this make twice that I was turn away because they didn't honor my coupon for the promotion that the company refused to take, & if u wondering why the mobile phone is that they don't take the receipt no more everything is electronic, this location should put a big sign out saying they not going to honor this promotion

Roger (a Black man sort of heavy set with studs in his ears) is sooo rude. I am Black by the way. He sounds impatient like you’re getting on his nerves and will rush you through your order. Never had such a horrible drive through experience and I gave him zero attitude. I am also Black by the way. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location. Nope. Roger needs to do better.
