Chick-fil-A

I ordered my meal on the chic-fil-a online app to save time. I picked the meal that I wanted & my husband wanted.The app allows you to pick the type salad dressing if you ordered a salad & the type dipping sauce if you order nuggets. When they filled my order they marked it as uber & not chick fil a to go, fortunately for someone with a unique name like mine it was easy to tell it was mine since they put a sticker with your name on all the bags. Just to make sure I did open it & inspect that it was my order & complete.It was my order, they had included utensils, napkins, dressing for the salad, but NOT the dipping sauce for the nuggets I had ordered. This is the biggest problem I have with this location, I have came here numerous times & used the app to order ahead. Sometimes drive thru express, sometimes inside pick up, but each time they short me the dipping sauce I request online with the order. They always get the dressing for salads correct, but always overlook the dipping sauce.

Food was good. Service was really slow for dine in. There were as many as six people in line with only one register open. The person running the register was also taking food out to the tables some of the time. Lot's of employees standing around. We've been to this location twice since it reopened after the remodel and it was the same both times.

Super impressed with the new setup. Went through the drive-thru express today for lunch and got through faster than I ever have. Line was to the other side of the building but moving insanely fast. The parking lot is definitely much smaller on that turn right when you come in from the intersection so be wary of cars coming because there were a few going the wrong way and blocking the lot. Everyone was super nice and made sure I knew where to pull up to for my lane. This CFA has got it down. Keep it up guys!
