Arby's

I love ARBYS and I use to get coupons at my old address but now I live farther out in the country well when I went through the line and asked for the 2 gyros for $6.00 he said do you have the coupon and I said no we don’t get them at my address like before where I lived. He told me no I could not get it then for that deal with out coupon. Before leaving the drive through I asked how I can sign up for coupons he said : I don’t know. Very upsetting and I feel like he could have asked a manager at least or seen if they had any there for my next visit. Sadly I’m not sure if I would return here or not.

I ordered a brisket sandwich, a classic Arby sandwich and two curly fries for my husband and myself at the drive thru. Was told the drive thru computer went down and I would have to come in. I went in and had to wait in line and place the order again inside. The drive thru opened up again three minutes later. When we got home there were no sauces at all. So disappointed in this Arbys.

They were closed 15 minutes before they were supposed to be. I'm having a Crohn's flare so this is one of the few places I can eat that won't hurt me at the moment. Quite disappointed. Sat in their parking lot and wrote a review then the woman that was rude before bc they messed my order up popped her head out the drive-thru window and asked "are you okay hun" . I told her I just finished writing a review which I had. Actually I was hungry. It will be a while before I return. Just keep the greek gyro please!!!
