Chick-fil-A

You know I really love Chick-fil-A but today was different.. I ordered a southwest salad today and I have taken one bite and this is all I have left.. staff members gave me honey mustard instead of salas creamy dressing. They also forgot to put the additional items in the bag that come with the salad (tortilla sticks etc). I also have many butt ends of cut up lettuce. I don’t know a single person who wants to eat lots of those pieces in their salad.. I’m very disappointed today. It seems like it’s too much of a rush to get orders correct.

Breakfast time is my favorite time of the day! I was able to walk in and place my order. They have indoor/ outdoor dining available. The drink options are great as well. My son took my orange juice. I look forward to coming back. This one is my favorite Chick-fil-A in St Louis.

Just never ceases to amaze me how Chick fil A finds, trains and educates their staff on customer service. Another standout visit here dining in today. Just great customer service, anticipation of needs and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that your meal was amazing. Shout out to the staff here, they know how to get it done.
