Chick-fil-A

We Had an issue with the order and Asked for missing item and manager said that if we checked in one of the bags we would find it....we were amazed of how he said the words....like we were trying to get a free meal or something. My wife asked him to check the bags but he would not check them. All our meals had different cheese. The place was busy but we have been to busier chickfilas without issues. Also some of the limonades we ordered were supposed to be without ice and none were given without ice. One of the sadest visits to a chickfila. They did however gave us extra sauces I only asked for one sauce of two flavors and was given two of each.

The line always moves extremely fast, but they gave us both nugget meals as grilled instead of fried and gave none of the three sauces we asked for.

I put an order online for pickup at Millerville location Saturday morning. They told me to let me know when I'm there and they'll prepare my food so it's hot and fresh when I get it. I let them know I was there 2 mins before I actually made it. When I made it there, I 6 in, and all 3 staff members behind the counter greeted me and asked if I had a pick order and said yes. They asked me my name, if I gave it to them and my food was ready for me! I ordered 2 egg white grills (no cheese) with grape jelly, and they were fresh, hot, and delicious. Chick-fil-a never fails! Great job, guys!
