Chick-fil-A

Rude service, removing families from dining tables 30 minutes before closing while in the middle of their meals. I understood the missed orders, but I’ve never experienced rudeness like this before at a ChickFilA. A family with small children fought it. My older kids shoveled food in their mouth heading out the door. I was disappointed with this location.

Not only is this place the dirtiest Chick-Fil-A I have ever visited, they do not respect their customers. I ordered food via the app, they had an hour to prepare it before closing, got there and waited 20 minutes for them to say they cannot make a salad because the kitchen is closed (then she said they have no lettuce). I got a refund, but hardly any apology or concern. Avoid this location.

I love every single chik fil a I ever been to, except this one. We were on a walk and decided their advertised fall flavor milkshake was a must! We went to order and wasn’t given a friendly greeting like all other locations and then was told they ‘don’t have milkshakes.’ Then why is it advertised all over outside the store and even while waiting in line. Not an apology given. We left without ordering anything. Won’t be back.
