Baja Fresh

The food was delicious! Wished there were more locations in the greater Atlanta region. Our kids loved the food as there are many options for the entire family. Healthy and very satisfying. Not to forgot how friendly and kind the staff were. It’s one of our top food spots in downtown. Highly recommend.

The food was not great at all. Tasteless except for the tortilla chips. We didn’t even try to keep eating the food. It was not cooked fresh at all. The workers act like you being there is bothering them. I would not recommend this restaurant period.

I was horrified when I got there. It was filthy and I kept seeing the same 3 employees just walking around. No one asked if I needed help. I can over hear them talking to each other about customers and how they better not have big orders because they "don't have time for all that today!" Someone called on the phone and they were told that no phone orders were being taken at the time. The only one I seen actually working was the delivery guy that came in after a delivery and started getting orders together. Never again will I go here. I use to love Baja fresh but then again this is the first time I came to the one in Atlanta. Never again!!
