A very satisfying ramen place that makes you feel like you are in Japan! Nice noodle quality, rich broth, fast service. Several condiments you can add to the noodles to adjust saltiness, spiciness, and more. Tsukemen and white miso ramen are both amazing. There are also creative options, such as mapo tofu ramen and beef curry ramen. Appetizer selection is wonderful too - gyozas and shishito peppers are great. You can also order some of the ramens online and ship it to you frozen.
An incredible ramen spot! It's mostly bar seating, but there is a couple of tables if you prefer. I really enjoyed the spicy ramen. The heat level is similar to spicy tantan men at other places. Very flavourful broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The bar has condiments like garlic, and chili oil to further customize your meal. The gyoza was also very tasty - crispy on the outside and super savoury with every chew. Staff are friendly and polite, and it's very fun to watch the chefs cook and prepare meals. It might be a little out of the way but I highly recommend!
Excellent! That's what the bowls humbly say. Warning: don't go there super hungry because very likely you'll have to wait your turn for a long time. On Saturday night, the company of two was waiting for an hour. After arrival, the food is served quickly. It's especially delightful to watch the chefs and cooks prepare everything in front of you. The flame, heat, and various smells create the atmosphere of a genuine small Japanese restaurant. We've ordered regular red miso ramen, spicy white miso ramen, and pork bun. Ramens are delicious - rich, flavourful, steaming hot broth, lots of noodles, and a big piece of pork with some more ground meat. The pork bun was super-hot. The pork inside was sticky with glaze and smelled like many different spices. To my surprise, matcha turned out to be iced, even though the menu didn't specify it.
