Brandy's Gyros

I was hoping no rating was required to post, but since it did, I had no choice but to give it a star. My son ordered this morning and received the wrong order. When he called the restaurant the employee/manager he spoke with were more interested in arguing and questioning rather than caring about the customer. In the end, my son couldn't even explain how his soda tasted like sink water. My son even offered to return the food, as the lady refused, sadly we won't be back after 20 years of dining. I can tell the quality went to SH** and since they removed my son's post, I hope they are honest enough to leave mine.

Bad place to eat. Food expensive and terrible customer service. The people don't care and very rude.

I just don't understand know matter i order there's an issue,today order Patty melt and ff well done. What got was patty melt no grilled onions and warm soggy fries... I mean really grilled onions make the patty melt....Another time i ordered a combo sandwich beef and Italian sausage and was missing Italian sausage! This is it for me no more only reason for 2 stars is they have coke products
