Chelino's Mexican Restaurant (6509 NW Expressway, OKC)

This was the best experience at any chelinos I've ever been to. We had the best service from Alicia. She was such a gem and attended us with the utmost kindness and made sure to check in on us appropriately. The prices and service was impeccable. 10/10 recommend

My mother and my sister were visiting me and Chelinos was their choice of where we were having lunch. The service was great. The food was real good and the amounts of your plate are plentiful. When I frequent the restuarant I always need a to go box to take the remainder of my meal home. Along with the food you have ordered the other items they serve at no extra cost are totillas both flour also corn . Plenty of queso, salsa, tortilla chips, and the hot relish containing carrots, onions and japelino peppers. After you have eaten the nice, hot meal they have served you the sopapias are included as part of your meal. The waiter was very nice and made sure that you have everything that you need. The host came out to hold the door open after seeing that I use a walker. That is important to me due to the opening of a door is hard to open while using a device to assist people with the handicap instruments they have to use. The whole experience of eating there was very satisfying.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, I ordered my son some enchiladas with cheese sauce they came out with chili on them, The waitress asked if they would be okay, my son said No, I asked if he could get them remade with cheese sauce, they took the enchiladas back to the kitchen, scrapped some of the chili off (Health Code Violation) and put a bunch of cheese on top to cover the remaining chili, left it under the salamander until the plate was burning hot and the brought it back to my son, then....... The manager comes to the table and when I inform him of the situation he just tells me "at least he has the right food now" (20 minutes had passed since they brought the first wrong plate) I have been eating at Chelinos since 1992 (when they started on SW 36th & Walker) 30+ years and I have NEVER had an experience like this!! I will NEVER eat at this Chelinos again!! WORST Manager/Customer Service EVER!!
