Chili's Grill & Bar

First I would like to say. Chili's always have good food. But tonight I had to send two steaks back. We order them medium one came out extra well done the other one came out medium well. the steaks were sent back and was recooked and returned to us as extra well done and medium well done for the second time. I'm calling out Matthew and Fernandez you guys need to learn how to cook steaks better. The bartender did take care of us she was excellent and made sure everything was perfect by the time we left. These Cooks need to learn how to cook again or loose customers! 6/29/22 7pm four orders laters they still cannot get it right can I give zero Stars LOL and the manager just doesn't seem to really care. By the way you can't even get my glass filled at the bar without asking for service and they looked at it multiple times. Michael debartender is very friendly but he does not pay attention. Came in right before close so the rating lost a star. As would be expected the staff are limited and trying to get out of there quickly so not as good as I usually receive but Chili's still gets credit at least they offer a real dine in experience that late. Not too many options these days. Always good food at the Chili's level meaning not a 4 star but still good and lots of options.

Everytime we have been to chilli's the food and service is always amazing. The strawberry lemonade when they have it is always amazing
