Chef's Phở & Grill

Staff is friendly. My wife and I eat a lot of pho and thought that the pho here was decent. The spring rolls and beef stew pho were ok. Overall not our favorite pho place in the area but wouldn't say that it is bad.

Good atmosphere I was seated right away and had my order taken fast. The food came out in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and check to make sure you don’t need anything. It’s is a bit on the pricey side but overall good.

Nice restaurant across the street from Cal State San Marcos. It's clean and staff is friendly. My son and I had the Chef's special Pho. There was nothing special about it. To many Noddles not enough meat or broth. The meat I did get had a lot of fat on it. I asked for more broth and they said it would be $2 more dollars. Even though it's across the street from CSUSM they don't give student discounts and the Pho is overpriced at $10 for a large bowl.
