Horrible customer service. Franchise owner is awaiting their money paying people who only serve 2 people an hr. This franchise location is loosing money due to the people who work there. Ordered food in drive thru and didn’t move for 20 mins so I just left without food.

Worst place ever, visited for the first time today. First I couldn't order on the windows it had to be drive thru due to short staff (understandable). But then no one answered at the ordering station, I proceeded to the pick up window thinking maybe that is how it works due to the short staff. The window was closed there was a lady inside visibly under the influence of something that just look at me with a "what do you want face". After that I just left and promised never to come back again.

If i could leave a review with zero stars I would have done that. Stood at the window for over 15 minutes. The lady making the sandwiches waved. The other lady ignored me for a while. Then looked at me and got on her cell phone. Only 2 cars in the drive thru and nobody else. Terrible customer service. Awful smell while standing there waiting. I was getting food for a couple of friends but left without it. No loss for me or my friends. Loss for Checkers.
