Checkers

Waited almost an hour on food. Poor worker I think they was working alone doing the best they could. I don't mind waiting but if I must wait please make sure my food is fresh. Fries and chicken strips were cold as ice. I gave two stars bc of the employees positive attitude (otherwise it would've been 1 star). They were really trying to keep up but food was too cold to eat. I just threw it away. ????

Tenders were so hard that I was unable to eat them. I never got my drink either. They took forever with the order only to mess it up. I attempted to call the store and the number is wrong. Kind lady (manager) at the checkers in Augusta says she has requested that the number mix up be corrected and still has not been done. I did not receive my receipt either. This is just sad. I was hoping for a tasty meal until my food got finished on this Easter Sunday.

Horrible, I repeat HORRIBLE customer service. The store manager “Kimberly” was hostile, rude, and had extremely poor customer service skills. I did reach out to corporate regarding her behavior. As someone that has worked in the customer service industry, this is honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered (and from a “store manager” at that).
