Chart House

The ambience here is what keeps me coming the kitchen very much needs an updated fresh menu ....let's start with poor customer service. We had no reservations and was told only the bar area was available no problem I like it down here better, the hostess came over you eating down here or waiting for a table...unmmm excuse me? We were told the dining area was at capacity its fine can we order drinks? Oh well let me see if i can get you upstairs its only me here tonight I kid you not there was only one other party of young ladies that was wrapping up the bill and us.. well we proceeded to order drinks that too was shaky he ordered a Corona, he had 1, they ran out. I had a Tequila Sunrise and the butterfly effect.....horrible no one was trained on how to present the drink only the Manager could to do it. Miss lady arrived at the table and barked at me you wanna record this.....ummm ok let me get my camera I guess....she begun and very horribly pouring rushing its no longer a butterfly it

Nice views very good food. Just different from the one I visited in San Antonio. The waitress wasn't warm and as friendly, as what I am use too at an expensive restaurant as the Chart House.

Disappointing experience. I had seen that wait times were an issue through reviews, however, I did not expect to wait nearly an hour for food. We had to ask 3 times to get water. Forks were dirty and had to be changed. When the manager asked us if we were fine we said yes but that we had been waiting a while. His response was "it will come". When we finally got the food it was okey but not great. In terms of what we paid probably not exactly worth it.
