Very friendly staff. Bar tenders make great tasting drinks. Food was good. Got the 3 meat plate. Ribs, turkey and pork were all very good food. Highly recommend.

I have some concerns when a restaurant starts off the meal with menus that have no prices. Now, if this were a Michelin starred restaurant I could expect this to be the case, but when it is a chain restaurant that in all reality has no true "claim to fame", I feel as if they are reaching for grandure that they cannot attain with a bit more pretentiousness than is warranted by the delivery. I will say that the staff was excellent and Miguel was a true gem in his service. My issues truly lie in the quality of the food for what is demanded in price (that you again don't know about until the end). Nothing was inedible. Every thing was okay and some things, as in the case of the Burnt Ends, were actually Good. I'm not mad about how things were by any means, just off put at what one expects at a price point of that nature. I will say that if you like BBQ, (which anyone in their right mind does) then you will probably like Charlie and Jake's. The Mac and cheese was good, the potato salad too.
