Charley's Steak House

Went once and service was good but had pork chops and they were raw in middle but ordered medium well. Although they fixed the pork chops, the rest of us were done eating by the time they came back. They asked us to give them a 2nd chance so we tried again today. Ordered pork chops again medium well thinking it was just a fluke. Nope...same exact issue. Service is good but food just sub par. A cheap Steakhouse offers better flavor. It was mentioned this is ongoing issue with pork chops due to thickness. If this is true, then get a chef who can cook properly, change thickness of cut or remove from menu. Tried twice but will not return.

Outstanding place to enjoy a high quality steak and great service. The alligator bite appetizer is outstanding. You won't find larger bacon bits( more like bacon chunks) on any house salad anywhere else. It's a great location to dine for a special occasions. With that being said here are the CONS I see 1) Charlie's Steakhouse has all the parking spaces around their restaurant blocked off for valet parking. We have been going to this restaurant for years and that hasn't always been the case. If you don't want to use the valet parking you have to park around the corner from Charlie's Steakhouse at one of the other restaurants. 2) the men's bathroom looks to have been an afterthought in the restaurant design. It is very small and cramped. I would have expected something much better in a high class restaurant. The submarine I served on had more space in their bathrooms. 3) prices have significantly increased in the past 2 years. We like getting the 50 Oz porterhouse steak with large lobste

Great dining experience. My husband ordered the 21 ounce steak and Au Gratin potatoes , and I ordered the Jumbo Fried shrimp. The food was very good and very fresh. The BEST absolute part was my drink. I had a sunset pineapple, and it was the best drink I have ever had. The service was excellent and they even offer a presentation on their steaks. The bread taste a little strange , almost like pizza bread, but otherwise, this was an amazing experience.
