Charleys Cheesesteaks

The store closed at 7PM. Grubhub shows them open till 8:30. I ordered through grub h and because of the store me and my family of three did not get our dinner and instead got a call an hour after they closed to tell me they closed. I'll update this if I decide to try their food. Update. I've had a conversation over the phone several days ago, that the hours are wrong and it has yet to be changed. Service seems terrible. If your reading this just get Jersey Mike's

Sandwiches could use a little more sauce (dry) & the meat could use a little more seasoning but overall the food is good. I give a 2 because I asked where do I get my strawberry lemonade.... The black employee said that she would grab it for me, but as she went to get it, the Asian employee proceeded to check my order on the menu to ensure that I wasn't getting a free drink. I had literally just paid for my food. So that was insulting. I am African American.... Seems like she thought that her black co-worker was trying to give a free drink to a black customer, but that was not the case at all. Turns out the head guy there had already made the drink but he just forgot to give it to me. Without this experience I would rate it a 4 because the food is okay. But those younger female employees should be more friendly and not discriminatory

Long wait because everything is made to order. Which is OK, but you do need some patience here. The portions are not consistent. The meat in my son's sandwich was about right, but mine was about half of what their marketing pictures portray. The lemonade was very good. Keep in mind its mall food.
