IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I ORDERED FOOD FROM THIS PLACE AND FOUND NASAL DEBREE AND HAIR IN MY FOOD. THANK GOD IM 1 THAT CHECKS FOOD BEFORE EATING. I RETURNED THE FOOD AND DEMANDED REFUND. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I WANTED REFUND FOR SUCH DISGUST. HE KEPT TELLING ME TO BE QUIET BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT HIS CUSTOMER TO HEAR THE TRUTH. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS NASTY PLACE. U HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We ordered food to go for the first time today. We ordered shrimp fried rice, crab puffs, and two veggie egg rolls. The food and service and service were both average. The crab puffs were fried a little harder than I prefer and didn’t taste like crab.

First time coming here and I ordered the house special fried rice. As soon as I opened the container I knew it was going to lackluster. This was the blandest fried rice I’ve ever had in my entire life. Luckily I asked for soy and pepper sauce because GAH, I might as well had been eating air. Then I’m given the flimsiest plastic spoon I’ve even seen which scooped up absolutely nothing. I had to go back in, ask for more soy sauce and a useable spoon. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to give me a different one although I’m sure she probably knows the cutlery they give customers is useless. CHANGS, if your going to charge 17.00 for fried rice, the least you could do is give it SOME kind of flavor and a working spoon….
