Cayo Coco Rum Bar & Restaurante

I came to this bar as a second bar, so my spirit was already well lubricated upon arrival. This also means I didn't have a lot here, but the little I had was pretty good! This bar was suggested to me as "the rum bar,"and that sounded good, so I went. As promised, there were a ton of interesting rum cocktails and several of them sounded great. I wasn't feeling very creative so I got the rum old fashioned and it was good. I don't think it changed my life, but I might not've noticed that night anyway. What I did notice was the place was clean and the service seemed top notch--fast and attentive. Cocktails here are around $10 - $20, with most starting at the midway point.

We took a large group to Cayo Coco and the staff was accommodating and fun. I did not see any vegan options on the menu so I asked for no meat or dairy, and the waiter immediately asked my specific preferences and did not make it weird at all. The meal was delicious and a full plate of food! We so enjoyed the ambiance and the staff here, and were not rushed at all. Thanks for a great time, Cayo Coco.

Went here with my wife and young daughter. They treated her really well and even made her a special virgin Pina colada. We made it through appetizers but my daughter was ready to get out of there. We will be back. Super chill venue. Great vibes!
