Went downhill so fast! :( I LOVE CAVA and seek them out whenever I travel, so I was so excited when this location opened near me this summer. At first, food and service was great. However, the past couple of times I have been, the restaurant, behind the counter area and bathrooms were dirty, the service was unfriendly and slow, my to-go orders have never been correct, and the overall food quality has worsened. I am so upset because every other location I have visited in the northeast has been amazing!! Please bring this location back up to CAVA standards!

Used the drive, was quick and easy. Unfortunately, disappointed to find after arriving home, the side of hummus/pitas were missing. Not to mention neither the rice nor lentils were cooked. Crunchy rice & lentils & $23 dollars went down the disposal. Won’t be returning!
