Casa De Tacos Tequila Bar

The server was great, the tacos were standard for tacos. The environment was nice and the restaurant was clean. I would probably go back if I'm in Matteson IL again.

Beautiful decore. No greeters and your waiter takes 20 to 30 minutes to pursue the table. No water provided upon arrival of seating. The food was good. Unfortunately, the employees that were there did not have hair nets, gloves, and face coverings. They also were drinking while on the job. No communication among starting workers and workers just coming in for their shift. Witness a employee walk across the street to get more alcohol for them to make for the workers on Saturday. Even just coming in to do a shift, no handwashing. I almost wanted to get a refund and go somewhere else but I've already ordered items and starving so I just stayed.

I came here on purpose to critique this place myself because it looks fun from the outside. I ordered the chicken tinga burrito bowl to go and a pineapple margarita while I waited. There was a nice number of customers. i was surprised to see kids cuz it is supposed to be a bar but whatever. While I waited I saw people being served promptly. My drink was weak maybe change the House tequila for signature drinks. I could see this place really happening if the staff engages better and more entertaining to and with the customers and the crowd. Make the atmosphere fun. Right NOW seems quiet and dead to be a Tequila Bar with Good food and Sots. People should be standing outside after they make staff more customer friendly they are too robotic.
