Friday, I dined in the bar area and the bartender, Christian, was the most rudest bartender I have ever encountered. I like the atmosphere here, so sat at the bar and had my appetizers w/a drink. Upon sitting, he muttered what I believe to be a hello, what can I get you. After the food/drink came, there was no checking to see how it was, no thanks for visiting us or have a good day. Nothing. The entire time he acted like he didn't want to be there, and had no problem talking to various servers. Not once did he ask how the food or drink was. I don't need to be bothered every second of my dining experience, but sitting there w/an empty drink while he chats w/other staff the entire time is not professional or acceptable. I see now how the various reviews here are Server dependent. We've been before w/great service, however Christian in no way shape or form delivered outstanding service or any service really other then physically getting what I ordered. Our family celebrated Father's Day here. There was 23 of us! Our server was superb! Her name is Patricia. My family and I was so pleased with her service and attentiveness! The appetizers were a great start with cocktails and pop. The soup and salads were delicious and the main entree's were superb! My picky grandkids and great-grandkids even liked the food, which is a plus for Carrabba's! It was worth every penny spent for this fantastic celebration! Great service, food and atmosphere. Our server Ryan was on point. Great portions and made with quality. Better than Olive Garden and new OG built at Old Country Buffet is no competition.
