Carrabba's Italian Grill

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and experience at Carrabba's. Shelbi is a National Treasure and was simply delightful! The food suggestions were spot on! Rarely have I had an Amoretto Sour made perfectly! We will come back to be served by Shelbi!

I order here often but this particular time I ordered a lobster ravioli and chomped down on a decent size lobster shell. It could’ve broken my tooth. I’m giving them the low review because of the lack of empathy towards the whole situation. The person who answered and the manager were both insensitive and were talking to me as if I shouldn’t have called an complained. I did not appreciate that. Customer service skills are definitely lacking.

I had the pleasure of dining here for lunch today and my server, whose name was Kurtis was absolutely amazing, thorough, and he anticipated, everything that we needed. Throughout the experience I noticed that the entire staff operates with a level of Excellence. Everyone was kind and friendly, and on top of that the food was really great! This is the best location that I have ever eaten at and I just needed to share that. If you’re in a Peachtree city area, you should stop by this Carabbas and ask for Kurtis. You won’t regret it!
