We were traveling through heading home & looking for a lunch place. We had not been to Carrabba's before. Michael our server was outstanding, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was fantastic. We get to Vegas every few months, will definitely be back.
Absolutely delicious meals… forget about going to any other Italian restaurants in town… very exquisite sauces & the couvert!!! that fresh bread & olive oil with rosemary mixed… Wow!!! You just want to eat there everyday… kudos to the amazing chef!! Enjoy it!!
You have to try the brownie desert it looked soo good I forgot to take a picture but I did mange to slow down long enough to snap one before it was completely gone. The food here is constantly great. I love the Filet with a side of Spedino di mare. Italian breaded shrimp and scallops in a garlic lemon sauce. Just yummy. One of the staples in my restaurant rotation. The service is always great. The ambiance is like dining in a big family kitchen in the Tuscan Hillside.
