A couple hours ago - Tried calling to place a to-order but there was no answer! Went and placed an order and was told it would be 30 mins. Please note that the sides are $5 - look at the portion. We ordered a couple plates and red velvet cake. Poor service and fair food for $50+ bucks.

What a disappointment. I’m giving this 2 stars because it’s convenient to where we live and honestly, that’s it. We ordered 3 meals and paid $50!! As you can see the portion sizes are small, the sides were not homemade and the chicken was over cooked-dry. My husband got the white meat chicken coop meal and typically you get a breast and a wing right? Well not here, the chef/owner said the wing is attached to the breast ????. I got red beans and rice as one of my sides. I’ve never seen it done like this. The beans literally sat on top the rice and there was 1 piece of sausage, no gravy or anything. I had to add hot sauce to give it ANY flavor. Even the mash potatoes came without gravy. It’s a shame bc my hubby and I are foodies and we love to support black Businesses , and this place here is just unacceptable. Unfortunately, they probably won’t be open very long.

I ordered the Chicken and Waffles and it was delicious and very fresh. Service was very good, but the waitress was soft spoken and hard to hear. My only big complaint is how hot it was inside the restaurant. It was like 90+ outside and it felt like they didn't have the air on at all. We almost left so my wife would be comfortable.
