Bojangles

Today, I went to the drive thru to order 3 3 wing dinners, had second thoughts because several times over the last couple of trips they did not have cole slaw, but I tried again. Arrived about 11:35, waited to order, waited to pay, and finally got to the pick up window about 12:10 to find out they didn't have enough wings to fill the order. Asked for my money back and the person at the window walked away. The manager came to the window, no comment about the service, did receive my money back, but will NEVER try this store again. Tired of the slow service and hardly ever having cole slaw.

Services tends to be slower than most fast food places; however the staff is friendly. Ordered the sausage which was just ok. The biscuit was cooked a little too long so if was soft in the center but hard around the edges. The biscuit was room temp and not warm. Visited here before & food was better. Could have been an off day.

This is the worst design of a drive through. Tear it down and start over. Service? 10 to 15 minutes to get an order. I once stopped in and they didn't have the meat for a chicken sandwich. How do you stay in business without the basics? Food : 4/5 | Service : 2/5 … More
