Carolina Ale House - Garner

Ordered the “Epic Double” burger for lunch. When it came it was one 8oz pattie cut in half (pics below). I asked because obviously the menu states “double burger”. The manager comes and states that company dictates that their double burgers (that they’re selling for $15) are comprised of two 4oz patties (which on the menu are kid burgers) the two service stars completely go to the bartender because instead of losing the entire sale and having to comp the burger was willing to add a patty. Manager with the trash attitude made the decision to comp the meal instead. Whether corporate says two 4oz Pattie’s or not, won’t be eating here again.

Had a hard time finding a place to eat on A Saturday night. Decided in here. Was game 7 againsts the Bruins and the place was packed. Still git seated within 5 Minutes. Waitress was kinda bla atn1st but think she was just busy. She turned out to be pretty nice. I got a southwest Burger was pretty good. Wife got a some southwest chicken I forget the name. Daughter got a burger, was.pretty good daughter Is picky. Inhad my 2yo grandson and ordered a kids spegetti and meatball, was pretty goof meal.for a kids meal. Wife ordered a margaritas , she said it was nit good at all. It's ok the waitress took it off the bill. She said she was sorry and we should have told her. It's all good. Over all it was pretty good.

This is a great lunch place. Fast service, cleanliness is excellent, and really inexpensive. The food is good. It is not the Rainbow Room in NYC, but simple well prepared and tasty. If you like music and sports themed this is your place
