Carl's Jr.

Cold fries...again. No one but myself in the drive-thru, so perhaps that's why they served fries from quite possibly the day before. Totally lazy, inept and inexcusable to sell people that kind of quality when a "small" combo is over $12.

They have nice customer service. My only concern is that the interior of the building is not clean because when I made my order on the way I saw a couple of mice running along the wall of the business, when I lost sight of them I would like to think that they did not enter. . Unfortunately I couldn't take any photos due to how fast they run. That is the reason. I am giving one star.

I have been a big fan of Carl's Jr for many years however lately it seems the quality of the food isn't like what used to be. I am hoping that it was just dislocation but the meat tasted old and it wasn't very warm when I received it and therefore I was kind of disappointed. But because I like Carl's Jr so much by way of fast food chains maybe I'll just have to give another location a try.
