Went through the drive thru today with a friend. She went to grab the back and accidentally dropped the food. They remade our food even though it was our fault. I've been here several times before and it's always excellent service and great food!
Consistently the best burger in the city. But I like Carl's Jr. The staff is nice and it is the go to when a hamburger is the craving
The food was good, the staff didn't care how they put it together, it was sloppy falling off the bun not put together very nicely, the tater tots were cold and old. The customer service isn't friendly
