Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was just warm. Employee says they have a lot made because everyone likes them. So you won't get a freshly made one. There sitting in the warming tray.

Had to drive thru. I placed my order the self-absorbed girl didn't listen to anything i asked for. She came back to me and asked me to repeat my order. I really don't feel they care what people order just out for the money. I work too hard for my earnings to be ignored when ordering. Want me to pay your wages then earn it!

We used two coupons of the same. We didn't know we couldn't and the employee who helped us was new and didn't know either. As they delivered our food to the table, an older lady whom I can only assume was a manager approached us and said next time we can't use two same coupons. She made us feel like we intentionally deceived the new employee and not to mention that she made him feel embarrassed because she said that in front of us. I think she needs remedial training in customer service and employee relations.
