**EDIT** 7/27/21 Received an apology for the burnt crust. Thank you! I'm sure it will be made up to us next time. We ordered two customized pizzas. The cauliflower crust was crispy and part of it tasted good, although it was burnt on one side. The toppings we chose were fine. The wait time was longer than usual and the staff didn't seem to be moving very quickly. We like this restaurant so I hope it gets better.
Hadn’t been here in several years, but I remember quite liking it when they first opened. We enjoyed it before but it has lost a lot of its luster. It was a curious decision to eliminate all recommended combinations; this seems to slow the whole ordering process. The restaurant also feels pretty worn and dingy now. Edit: Dropped to one star. I accidentally went in here again after I forgot about my previous experience. It got even worse. The staff is completely clueless.
Horribly slow service. If they get too many orders they will get overwhelmed and you will get skipped. Seen many pizzas after my order come and go before I finally got mine.
