I went inside because I didn't know they had a drive thur. Super fast service. No that friendly. The person who took my order never said a word to me. Not even my total.
Absolutely disgusting. Please go to any other Carl’s Jr or fast food place. Burger was DRENCHED in sauce, after asking for no sauce. Then the lady working there rudely replies “say no sauce next time” to which I showed my receipt that specified. She then gave me a refund, but after looking at the receipt it was for another burger which was cheaper. Other burger tasted awful. Kinda glad I didn’t eat any cause I’d prefer no food poisoning.
The worst Carl's I've ever eaten at, service was slow. Then when I got my food everything was cold. I thought as much time it took everything would have been fresh. Naw, no such luck.
