Carlitos Mexican Food

We went there for some Mexican food all we tasted was trash the food was gross and expensive. We got 4 enchiladas a nacho and 3 drinks for $40. We had to send back the food and salsa because of hair. Their food didn't even taste like Mexican food. Worst Mexican Restaurant Ever

My order of enchiladas was placed on end in a small bag & my sauce & cheese leaked out into the sack. When I called to let them know, their comeback was that they couldn’t give me a refund. When I explained that I hadn’t asked for one then the person said “then what do you want me to do?” I replied, do it differently next time & most restaurants would have been apologetic & offered at least some type of credit the next time on chips or something which they did not. It was very poor customer service. I’m just not sure if I will go back again. I think that was very poor treatment of a customer.

First time here, wasn't sure what to expect from a Mexican restaurant on a Tuesday night that wasn't overcrowded. Turns out it's fast food style. Go up to the counter, place your order, pay for it, at down and wait for them to call your name. Food is on or in disposable containers with disposable plasticware. That's not necessarily a bad thing, though. It didn't feel much like a Mexican restaurant, but the food tasted better than some others I've been to recently. I had the cheese and onion enchiladas and as I mentioned, they tasted better than the enchiladas I had last Tuesday and were less expensive as well. They serve Coke products here. I did not use the rest room. There is no dedicated motorcycle parking. I'm not certain it's all that handicap friendly. There was no music, but they did have a TV going and it was nice and quiet inside. Everything seemed pretty clean. Not a bad little place at all.
