Their seafood has always been delicious. I can remember when we first started going their catfish with fries was only $3.75. Their prices have gone up but then everywhere has. They still have the most reasonable prices for seafood. They also have the best micheladas. Only thing is they don't have many sides and no vegetables. This is THE place for seafood! Everything tasted so fresh and I was so shocked by how much I liked everything. The oysters were top notch, I even had a dozen for myself! The shrimp tasted really fresh and I enjoyed the juicy goodness. The salt and pepper catfish was very crunchy and I especially enjoyed the sauce that came along with it. I got gumbo at the end and I thought it was very tasty, but I just wish it was more hot though.
I tried their seafood gumbo...pretty good! It's a quaint little place, nothing fancy. But has a community feel to it. Definitely regular customers. I'll be back for sure!!
